Never fear! We'll clean up the confetti and empty beer cans before you get back... I mean, no, we won't have a party while you're out of town, promise!
But, yeah, I've had kind of a crummy week so far, for certain values of crummy, and now we can add AT&T outage drama to the list of the stuff I was ALREADY complaining about in the Rambly Forums.
Ana -- there is a reason that I pay to have backup access to the internet. I don't think my nerves could handle an outage (actually knowing that YOU have limited access is making me feel tense and angsty.)
Back up access? I have what I think is called in the US an aircard this is at&t's version. It plugs into one's computer and connects to the internet through either satellite or cell towers (depending on your service.) I wouldn't use it for my primary since I am a bandwidth hog but it wonderfully calms me when for some reason my service goes out.
And, dear-elf-heart, I have been kicking myself all week for not answering your excellent email. My only defense is that life has not given me a good five minute block with my personal email account in order to write you properly. Hopefully I can do that tomorrow, and I do apologize for the delay. :)
Don't kick yourself! D: I understand that you're busy; I was just worried that the email didn't send, or something. Glad to see that it did! And I can certainly understand...my finals are coming up and, yeaaaaaaaaah...x.X

How do you do that, because I need that. Yeah, I'm quite tense - I can FEEL the internet being gone, I swear. :)
Fortunately, I'm having a really bad back episode at the moment, so all I can really do is lie down anyway. :)

Hey, cool. I need to get one of those. Thanks!
*snuggles up to Ana's back and begins gently massaging with my magic Elf Quest healing powers, while chanting like Leetah*
