Metapost: Thank You

I was reading a progressive post on a progressive blog the other day, and thinking about linking to it (because good stuff), and then when I read the comments I realized that I might need to warn folks about the problematic comments if/when I ever link to that piece.

And then I realized that, at least so far as my own personal standards go, I would never, ever need to warn people not to read the comments here. In fact, I usually encourage it, because the comments are usually just-as-good, if not outright better, than anything I have to say. Indeed, one of the reasons I've enjoyed blogging as much as I have is because of all the wonderful, thought-provoking comments that come in.

So thank you for that, and for being so wonderfully awesome.
